Meeting a minister, what would you expect? Preaching, hospital visits, counselling etc. Our guest today is Pastor Braedan.
Born in Ipswich and raised in a Christian environment, Braedan says, his first Bible was his parents! His goal in life was to be a doctor. Even today he loves all things medical. Public speaking was a terror filled event. Yet he is in ministry today and enjoying preaching and public speaking!
Imagine being prompted to ‘go to the library’ with hundreds of books there. Being led to a specific shelf and a book that when opened reads, “....” (listen to find out).
And there’s more! Driving past flats he has visited before, he feels impressed to “go and check the flats.” He goes to check those who were out last time. Nothing. He turns to leave. “You’ve missed a flat”. Braedan knows the place. They told him not to return. He cautiously knocks. It opens and .... [it’s amazing what happens].
One thing is for sure. Ministry isn’t just a job. It’s a calling.
